What is Yoga Therapy?

Yoga therapy is a holistic approach to wellness that applies the tools of yoga to support clients in reconnecting with better health on all levels of being.  Using posture, breath, meditation, and deep relaxation, Tina emphasizes the power of the energy body, or Prana as a doorway to healing.  She has worked with a wide variety of client presentations including cancer, anxiety, depression, aging, and neurological disease.
