Discover Healing through Yoga and Mindfulness

Yoga therapist and meditation teacher, Tina Langdok, works with a wide variety of clients, opening doorways to healing.

Breathe, move, listen, and remember.

About

As an 18-yearold faced with an eating disorder, Tina discovered Yoga as a doorway to healing.  Yoga and meditation became daily touchstones, guiding her to study and explore the roots of yoga and how to apply them to our daily lives. Over the years, Tina has earned more than 1000 hours of accreditation and training in Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Mudras, Pranayama, and Mindfulness meditation.  Her deep commitment to the therapeutic potential of Yoga and Mindfulness has shaped her professional life, as she continues to inspire others on their own paths to healing and self-discovery.

Yoga Therapy

Yoga Therapy offers clients the opportunity to cultivate a new relationship with their diagnosis and their life. While some individuals benefit from gentle, mindful movement, others may find strength in more vigorous breath practices. For many, the tranquility of meditation or yoga nidra provides a pathway to inner balance and peace.

Tina’s deep study and years of practice have honed her ability to weave together the three essential elements of Body, Mind, and Spirit, helping her clients navigate the inevitable challenges of being human with greater ease and resilience.

Mindfulness

As a former high school Spanish teacher, Tina brings a passion for teaching to her courses, individual sessions, and workshops. She enjoys sharing the principles of Mindfulness along with the latest insights from neuroscience, in a way that is both engaging and easy to understand. Her guiding style places an emphasis on good self-care, making Mindfulness meditation available for anyone curious about the transformative power of reflection and presence.

Neurological / ALS

Tina’s innovative approach to neurological disease emphasizes the power of the energy body, known as Prana in yogic tradition. When the physical body is affected by neurological imbalance or dysfunction, Prana becomes a viable doorway to healing. By educating clients and offering concrete practices including breathwork and mindful movement, she creates an opportunity to explore a new relationship with their diagnosis.  Many describe Tina’s methodology and practices as “game-changers”, enhancing their quality of life.
