What is Mindfulness?

Mindfulness is a style of meditation based in present moment awareness. Many schools of meditation consider mindfulness the base from which all other practices expand.  Tina’s sessions include extensive research in neuroscience that motivate students to practice on a regular basis.  Her guided meditations focus on the power of self-compassion and non-judgment in creating positive outcomes.

Tina is an Accredited Mindfulness Teacher.  She offers individual meditation sessions, Re-boot sessions, and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Courses – for groups and individuals on Zoom and in-person.
