10 Min Body Scan

This 10 minute practice is a perfect opportunity for busy practitioners to connect with the now through the doorway of the body.

Short Form Body Scan

This 18 minute Body Scan offers a doorway to embodying the moment by feeling into ourselves with curiosity and compassion, allowing the coming and going to be part of the practice.

20 Min Body Scan

The 20 minute Body Scan is an opportunity to wake up from Auto Pilot habits of thinking and doing by inviting our attention to rest in the moment-to-moment experience of felt sensations in the body.

30 Min Body Scan

A classical body scan with spacious guiding.  This practice moves through the body slowly, giving practitioners time to connect with awareness in a kind and gentle manner. 

Mindfulness of Body & Breath

This seated meditation practice encourages presence by returning awareness to the body and the breath when we notice the mind has wandered. 

Steadiness of Mind

This practice begins with one pointed concentration and moves toward flowing focus as the meditation continues. Combining these two kinds of steadiness allows us to shift between doing mode and being mode, cultivating non-judgment and patience with ourselves as we listen and breathe.

Five Awarenesses

The intention for this mindfulness practice is to cultivate a sense of friendliness toward whatever arises in our experience, placing our attention on five different areas of focus: body, breath, sounds, thoughts, and emotions. 

Yoga Nidra - Short Form

YOGA NIDRA is a systematic method of inducing physical, energetic, and psycho-emotional relaxation. The practice has many benefits including resetting the nervous system, reducing stress, creating mental clarity and opening the doorway to creativity.

 

Recorded Classes

Based on a poem by Amanda Gorman, this complete yoga practice focuss on heart openers and gentle twists.  A reflection on hope and resilience when life is challenging. 

Based on a poem by Danna Faulds. In this practice we incorporate the Daoist breath technique of the Microcosmic Orbit into our yoga experience. A full gentle yoga practice to reduce stress and encourage embodiment.

How The Light Comes Practice

Based on a poem by Jan Richardson, this practice is an opportunity to connect with the light through breath and posture. Heart opening and grounded through even breathing.

Small Kindnesses Practice

Based on the poem Small Kindnesses by Danusha Laméris. This practice encourages being kind to ourselves and others as we listen and breathe. Stretching with kindness. Doing lunges with kindness. With no expectation other than being here, right now. In body, mind, and heart.

Seated Gentle Practice

A seated yoga practice that includes breathwork, mindfulness, and posture to open the body, quiet the mind, and inspire the spirit.
