What is Mindfulness?

Mindfulness is a style of meditation based in present moment awareness. Many schools of meditation consider mindfulness the base from which all other practices expand.  Tina’s sessions include extensive research in neuroscience that motivate students to practice on a regular basis.  Her guided meditations focus on the power of self-compassion and non-judgment in creating positive outcomes.

Tina is an Accredited Mindfulness Teacher.  She offers individual sessions, Re-boot sessions, and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Courses – on Zoom and in-person. 

2025/26 MBSR Courses with Tina

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an evidence-based 8-week program that teaches meditation and awareness practices to help reduce stress, increase resilience, and foster greater well-being. Join accredited teacher Tina Langdok (AMT), who’s been guiding MBSR students since 2015 in individual, group, and corporate settings.

🍁 Fall 2025 – IN PERSON
two sessions each Saturday with one hour lunch break

Location: Tina’s home studio – Trillium Studio MKE, Milwaukee, WI

Dates: Saturdays, September 13, October 4, October 25, November 15

Time: 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM CST with lunch from 12-1 PM

Returning Student Discount: $100 off for those who’ve taken an MBSR course with Tina before

Partial Scholarships: These discounts are available based on financial need. Two partial scholarships are offered each term (2 for Fall and 2 for Winter/Spring) to create access for all interested students.
