Tina is an avid reader, writer, and traveler, and her blogposts reflect the intersection of these three passions in her life. She has shared yoga with the Maasai tribe in rural Kenya, taught Mindfulness in Spanish to clinicians in Nicaragua, and she regularly teaches yoga and meditation in Peru’s Sacred Vallely. Her ability to adapt the practices to her audience and environment, coupled with an insatiable sense of curiosity and kindness, yield insights that remind us all that “together we are better”.
