Sessions with Tina are available in-person at Trillium Studio in Milwaukee, or on the Zoom platform. Zoom sessions can also be recorded and emailed to clients for further use. Based on decades of experience, Tina inspires and educates individuals and businesses to explore deeper connections, to think more expansively, and to cultivate a greater sense of presence and awareness in their daily lives. Tina provides guidance and support to new clients and to those who hope to deepen their journey.

Private Sessions

Individual one-hour Yoga Therapy / Mindfulness sessions designed to support each client’s presentation. 

All sessions include a check-in, gentle movement, breath practices and meditation to support balance and promote healing on all levels of being.

Mindfulness ReBoots

A great way to restart your meditation practice or work more deeply with limiting beliefs and habits through guided meditation and practice. Tina’s extensive experience in Mindfulness helps clients integrate meditation into their daily lives through compassion, acceptance, and kindness, empowering clients to practice good self-care by getting to the cushion more often.
 

Mindful Yoga Class

Tuesdays 12-1:15 PM

Zoom and in-studio options

This therapeutic class moves slowly and mindfully from supine to prone and eventually standing practice. Meditation, breathwork, and deep relaxation is integrated into each session, along with a poem to set intention and encourage reflection.

Corporate Consulting

Tina works with national and international businesses guiding yoga and meditation experiences to increase performance, encourage collaboration, and reduce stress in both the workplace and personal lives of staff members.
 
Her clients include engineering firms, bio-science companies, medical clinic staff, educators, lawyers, and NGOs.
